  • Groin Recovery Recommendations: exercises/stretches in preparing for comeback

    I injured/strained my groin around mid-October and I have been resting it up mostly until now. I only did about a week of stationary bike about a month ago when I had to prepare for a ECG (for my physical check up) test. The ECG test was originally scheduled for the second day after I got my groin injury.

    I plan to get back on the ice at the beginning of January so I was wondering if any of you had any exercises or stretches or physio that you did and worked well for you in recovering from a groin injury.

    I would also like to know of any preventative type of things you do to minimize the chances of a groin injury. I wear Core Shorts. Any other suggestions?
