The greatest of all time - Daren Pang - 5'5".

I remember in the early nineties a kid playing for the Detroit OHL team, (Jamie Shea?) was 6'6".

I believe one of the shortest ever was Roy Worters(sp?) at 5 feet tall and 135lbs. But then again he was during the early years of the new NHL so they couldn't go down anyways.

Probably never going to play in the NHL again but Steve Valiquette is 6'5".

            He's heading to Russia

Pang showed up at my morning hockey session once (played out). He walks into the lockerroom and I'm thinking, "Who brought their kid?"

Super nice guy by the way.

I believe that Fred Brathwaite is around 5'6-5'7.

According to Goalie's World Magazine and their annual awards, Valiquette is the tallest goalie to have played in the NHL last year.

I didn't know he was heading to Russia for next year. The guy is great.

I know when he was up with the Islanders in 1999 he posted tremendous stats and played well.

He also played well last year in two games, and was first star in their win against Philly, I think.

                  Valiquette on hockeydb

He was a freshman so that number should change for sophmore year if he comes back. He only got 3 games in last year.

Nope not quite 6'7 yet, hes still 6'6

When you watch him play he looks at least 6'9
